Hosting A Tournament

Can you ask your FA to host a international tournament if you are a national manager?

i think they are just randomly assigned to certain countries

I dont think so but someone may be able to create a patch

ive never had a tournament in one of the countries ive been managing, not even a champions league or europa league

I hope someone creates a patch because it will be sick to manage england and have the world cup there
