how a player gets recognized a wonderkid

i saw almost all the articles say that a wonderkid is a player who has pa of 150+ and is young.but in my manu save angel gomes has been classed as a wonderkid with his pa only 139. by this i came to a conclusion that a player is termed a wonderkid if his ca is 125+ when he is between 18 and 21.give me your thoughts

I reckon with regens there will be hard and fast rules about what qualifies them as "wonderkid". For real-life players it's probably different and has been set by the research team rather than it following a specific set of rigid rules.
