How can i add player faces

There's no folder called players when i searched the file
can some plz help me with this

Go in eg
C:\Users\whatever\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2011\graphics\faces\Numancia
and put this

For every player you have a picture put in config a
<record from="6700621" to="graphics/pictures/person/6700621/portrait"/>
the number is the unique player number and you have to name each picture properly.

Create the folder graphics in C:\Users\whatever\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2011 and place it there

hey ive been having a big problem some of my home made pics from the skysports site which saved them from havent been working some do work and some dont at first it was a few pics in the file now its all of them for at least 2 teams rochdale and crewe pics all the file names in config are correct and there unique IDs are correct can you help...
