How can I change FM11?

how can I influence the future game?
where can I post my ideas so they will be discussed or take under consideration?
There are so many small details that can Really improve the game....

I think its a bit early yet they will probably do that in a few months.

they will start it when they start making the game which = to be at May - June, so maybe around Febuary - March they will open a thread

Well, I think It's time for us to start posting ideas, make a discusion about it.
I personally have several ideas that I think can be done in the next game. Some of them are unrealistc for now.
I've been playing Fifa manger before I started playing FM, and I think it has a lot that can make FM better. And championship Manager too.
