How can i change my club to a different nation?

I want to manage an Italian club, I've gotten sick of the English one and have won all the titles. I had chosen India, Germany and UK as my favorite nations in the beginning of the game. Is there any way to change it?? I mean even if now i add a new manager, I only have the option of choosing my club from these three nations.

Please help!
Also for some reason i cant see any Italian Serie A/Spanish leagues. Any help on how to get them, without making me lose my progress in the game would be greatly appreciated.

You will have to start a new game

No, you can't. Once you choose the playable leagues at the start of the game, you are stuck with them.

In future, if you plan to play a game where you move to another club, then think about the nations you want to load. You can load a lot of them without really affecting your game performance.
