How can i earn money and improve my team's facilities ?

Well I recently managed to promote Nottingham forest to the premier division in my first season as a head coach.i actually have problems with my youth and training facilities and I would really like to be able to enhance my players potential as much as I can(Carlos fierro,Antony Farley )no matter how many times I interact with the board and no matter our months profits (about 1million euros per month)they keep claiming they don't have enough money.so is there any way I can earn extra money for both my budget and my facilities?

sell players and replace them with cheaper ones, do well in cups to earn more prize money, be succesful to keep attendances high and also increase chance of being taken over

ask the board to have an affilate to increase the the club in another country this will increase your sponsorship deals each year and some new ones and improves your merchdising sales
