how can i get my players to swap positions

i would like my wingers to swap with cm and am during the game other then the tedious way of pausing and changing the players manually ... does anyone know how ?

i would also like to know this as my cms dont swap... on the beta this option was available

the only thing remotely like what im asking is by playing on very fluid , but that also makes the whole team swap and change positions
