How can i get the best out of Charlie Adam

I wouldn't say he's a Box-to-Box Midfielder,but as an Advanced Playmaker,he can shine in that role.

Im using him slightly different with him and Southern as DM's but Adam as a deep lying playmaker.
Its mostly to accomodate other players...but it seems to be working at the moment. He's creating alot of goals.
However i am still trying to find a quality big lump to put in as DM so i can push Adam futher up )
Just got hold of Sofye (Guinean i think, a big lad who can play DM) so see what happens.

i couldnt find a decent role for him when i was at blackpool, tried him in every position and role. he just got unhappy because he was bigger then the club
