How can I make teams, especially this team go Semi Pro to Professional from Amuter

I go to offer players contracts and they can only be put on amutar contracts not part time or anything how can i change this

I think it depends what league you play in. Try and interact with the board and see if there is an option to ask to turn semi pro.

you need to keep winning and from what i remember it took roughly 2mil in the bank for my pennarossa side to turn pro and they play in the campionato sammarinese which starts off all amateur so i'd imagine it would be a similar story for your club.

Depends on your league. The board decides at the start of a season, which is annoying, as it would be more practical when you've achieved promotion, and not just before the season kicks off.
