How can I take over Afghanistan?

I want to play as Afghanistan. Anyone know how I can take over the national team?

I chose biggest database when starting a game, but still Afghanistan not an option.

Please help.

I am not able to download the file. It says "ERROR: File not found."

I know. I am able to select and play in Afghanistan premier league, but not able to control the national team.

When you pick your database size, click on 'custom size' and add as many options as possible to do with the Afghanistan league (E.g. all internationals, everyone playing in nation, etc. etc.)
