How create a good 4-1-4-1

Someone could tell me a suggestion to create a good 4-1-4-1, and what team would be good with this tactic

For example:

in the final of Euro 2008 Germany 0-1 Spain

this was the tactic present Spain:

Thread moved to the subforum. Also, when starting a thread asking for help, try to be more clear in what you actually want help with. As it is now, I dont get it. You dont want help for a 4141 but instead, you want hints on how to get passed a fullback ??

Well, the 4141 is a good formation for soaking up pressure but perhaps not one for a high, high pressing game. As there is a big gap between the FC and the midfield, its important not to play too direct or too quick. It perhaps best used when moving upfield as a unit. The strategy would naturally depend heavily on what team you are using. You could play a 4141 with Bolton as well as with Bayern Munchen
