how do get supporters to appear?

i've played 7-8 games but theirs no crowd in background,i've checked preferences should be ok but isnt???

It'll depend on the level of graphical detail.

As I said, it's linked to graphical detail, so all he would have done is change it up from low to medium or whatever.

Things like crowds etc will be turned off on lower detail levels to increase performance.
 
How do I change the graphical details? I just thought as I was playing as cardiff an empty stadium was the norm! I seem to have stewards in the crowd though but no actual crowd so I'm wondering what I'm paying them to do

Go to Preferences.
 
as wj said i changed from low to medium,but didnt kick in right away but also unticked crowd for one game then ticked again and it worked.
