How do I create a Screenshot?

Apologies if there is already another thread relating to this but i'm new to the forum.

I'm currently in my first season on FM13 and have got Bristol Rovers promoted as Champions to League 1, 18 points clear of second place. I've been telling my friends but they don't believe and say I must have cheated, which I haven't.

I want to show them by creating and sending them some screenshots of the league table and my fixture list but I don't know how.

I'm running the game on Windows 7.

Any help is appreciated, as i'm not very technically or computer literate!
