How do I download a tactic?

I can download a tactic to my laptop but I don't know how to implement it to my game can anyone help please!

You need to place the downloaded tactic into the tactics folder. This can be found in the Sports Interactive folder under documents. If it doesn't exist yet, then just make the folder yourself and it should work.

I have just downloaded a tactic and placed it in the tactic folder (ps I play via steam) so have put the files in 2 folders as neither seemed to work.
The folders are tactics and pre-set tactics I restart the game go into the screen where I set up tactics but cant find them ?

I am sue I have missed the obvious but can someone help pls

Ok done all that but how do I access it in the game to use it??
