how do i edit data?

this may sound like a stupid question but how do i edit data? cant find my data edit anywhere i have the steam version does that make a difference?

tried looking in football manger 2011 folder for editor data nothing there but config file

Look In C:/program files/steam/steam apps/common/footballmanager2011/tools/editor

the launch program for the editor should be there
