How do I edit the chairman to not sell the club?

I'm trying to start a long career with Seattle FC but the chairman always leaves and the new chairman sends off my created player to the highest bidder. I look for the chairman in the editor but his name doesn't come up. I tried using the ingame editor and changing his loyality to 20 and that doesn't work either.. Anyone have any ideas?
 
Set it to his favourite club, loyalty to 20, make him a favoured personnel of the club, and you should be sorted.
 
break in his house, smash him to ****. And then he will stay

Use the ingame editor to up his wage and price so high only you can afford his wages. Just increase your wage budget at the same time
 
Make him totallty loyal to the club by setting his loyalty to 20 by FMRTE
