How do I fully uninstall/remove Football Manager 2012 from my pc?

I downloaded the real time editor but discovered that the new update doesnt work on it.

I have found that I can stop the updates of the game so then i should be able to use the game with real time editor.

So how do uninstall the game so that it removes the update fully and then when re install the game with me turning updates off, it shouldn;t update the game.
