how do i go smaller nations

i have noticed on this forum that there are people who can manage smaller nations like san marino and netherlands antillies i was wanting to ask how do i go these smaller nations????

i got it all you do is load all players from the nation you want to go amnd put it onto a large database so you were half right herrity
