How do i install the tactic :@

just downloaded the clough tactics from jp woody and i have done everything required, saved it to the correct tactic folder and when i try to use it in game it says 'this file cannot be imported' im so ****** off any help would be great!

1.download it
2. save/extract it to Documents/SportsInteractive/FM2010/Tactics
3. go into the tactics screen click on tactic and go down to archived tactics click on the tactic and enjoy

tried both of those things countless times and it stills says the same thing
