How do i install the world League?

Hi everyone, long time user, 1st time poster, i just founf the World League System and i downloaded it, but when i click on it, it just opens up the internet and is like loads of weird text, can anyone tell me how to install it?

Paste the file in my documents\sports interactive\football manager 2011\db
Then, when you start a new game, tick change at the bottom where it says editor data files (or don't, if it says 1 enabled, 1 total)

My bad, you're supposed to paste it in editor data, not db
If the folder doesn't exist, create it

Would it not go in documents/ sports interactive/football manager 2011/editor data? i havent looked i dont have the time but thats where DB changes normally go
