How do I loan a player??

Sorry perhaps silly question but I can't find the button for this - to loan a player. I can only find to make a bid on him.

I'm looking for some goalie and he's loan listed by Birmingham.

Click on make a bid.

Where is says 'transfer' click on it and the drop down menu should give you option to 'loan'.
