how do i make my striker increase his shot to goal ratio?

i use a 4-1-2-2-1 formation with Darwin Quintero upfront as a poacher, so far this season he has had 191 shot attempts, only scoring 14% of them

how do i improve this? should i tell him to place his shots in the corner? round the keeper?

any suggestions?

its kinda obvious if u wanna improve shots to goal ratio u gotta be more clinical. and shoting less from distance.
so i guess PPM to place his shots and not shooting far? maybe working on finishing and first touch would be good

Yea im wondering on this too...
Rondoon is a beast at getting chances, but he hardly ever scores a goal...
What to do ?
