How do i place a advert for a job role?

Hi, recently i took over Spain alongside Manchester City, and i had a look at the staff and saw that they aren't up to the standard that i'd like, so i decided to offer the coaching roles to other staff members, but i'm finding it hard to sign staff because they keep rejecting the role, i heard a good way to sign staff members for National teams is to place a advert, but i'm not sure how to do that, could anyone tell me how?

hi go into your manager overview screen click JOBS then you will get two options JOB CENTRE AND JOB SECURITY stay on JOB CENTRE look at the bottom right of the screen and it has a tab saying place adverd click that and choose the role you want to place you can place numerous adverts for different roles
