This is the tactic I've played with Inter (11.3) before I've come to Madrid (now I play a 4-2-3-1 because it suits the team better and I less cautious then I was in Italian football).
The whole idea was for the team to press high and compress the field, and exploit the offside rule, just like the Holland did in 1974, and for that you need that all your defensive line play very high, and congest the center midfield area so that the oposition won't be able to play the ball on your backside.

Kayzer I see from your team instructions that you are playing attacking football. Would control be better to keep possession it seems everyone is saying to play control strategy would like to get your feedback on this. Also would you mind uploading the screenshots for your Central Defender (Carvalhio), the two central midfielders, inside forwards and striker
