How do I post screen dumps in a post?

Am new to this site and am just wondering how do i post screen dumps of my FM game on a post for my story?

Do you mean screenshots?
There are a few threads on this, so search next time but if so you press ALT + F9 and it will go into the screenshots folder.

take a screenshot of the screen using the print screen button?

use alt and f9, its the easiest way. you will find your screenshots folder in my documents/sports interactive/football manager 2010.
