How do I take off the max of 25 players in the Premier League?

I hate this thing, I takes off all the fun of contracting on FM 2011, so, if you guys know a way to take it off, please help me .

you would have to redo the English system on the editor, starting from scratch. I'm trying to find a way without doing that though
