How do i transfer 5GB of player pictures into game? please help!!!

Hi everybody hope somebody can help me here,earlier on today i downloaded via a torrentfile a player picture file containing a lot of player pictures,the download has now eventually finished on bittorrent.Although what i am now wondering is how the heck do i extract them via winrar into my fm13 file as there doesnt seem to be an otion to let you once you right click the finished file.
Hope someone can help me with this!!!!!

Cheers cobrauk,yeah i already have that folder made up,but what im trying to figure out is how do i get them from bittorrent into winrar to extract them to my graphics folder in FM13 as i right click it and dont see an option to open it with winrar..

Are you sure the files are in a zip/rar file? What is the file extension?

rar file sean,ive tried creating an archive within winrar see if that does it..
