How do i put a picture from the internet in my post?

Using the img tag.

[IMG]http://www.thewebsite.com/theimage.lol[/IMG][img][/img]

And inside that tag you would put the address of the image.

Alternatively, you can click on the yellow image button just above where you type a reply and just copy and paste the image url into the box that comes up.
