how do lower non playable leagues work

i started a game in the spanish league and i loaded the liga bbva and the adelante and the team i have have a b team playing in the spanish league B and i would like them in the adelante so i can use them for sending loans and things. if i just send some decent players their will that effect how they do and possibly get promotion?

Im sure a B team cannot play in same league as its parent club

yes but my team is in the bbva and i want the b team in the adelante.

My mistake, i read post wrong, a B team can be in adelante (Barcelona's B team is already in adelante)
