Hi there, playing as West Ham and I keep getting trounced by the big teams. I know there will be a big gulf in quality between West Ham and teams such as Man United, Arsenal etc. But my team just doesn't seem to turn up. I always play down my chances against them in press conferences so it doesn't wreck morale. If I employ a counter strategy, they just walk all over me. If I go all out, they just sit back and finish that one half chance understandably. So as a mid table side who has aspirations of qualifying for CL (qualified for the Europa League last season) how do you grind out results or even win?
