How do you get a work permit for players who've already joined?

Had a few recently, they cant be loaned out either

they can be loaned out to clubs in other countries, e.g. as man united i signed lodeiro and he was refused a work permit so i'm having to loan him out to antwerp in belgium for 3 years so he gains beligian nationality, thus qualifying him as eu and available to me.

I tried but it says they cant be loaned out at this time

You can just move him to your feeder club. If you don't have one request the board that you need one to facilitate his work permit. I got 4 players from Brazil who will arrive at my club in 2014! Also this sort of deal works almost all the time.

Offer them a new contract, it sometimes gives them a WP.
