How do you get attribute arrows?

Hey guys I wan't to see how my team's training is affecting their attributes but dont know how to turn the arrows on. I can change them to the graphical pics and not the numbers but would like to know how to get the arrows to show up.

when your on the attribute page thing there should be a box that says show attribute changes tick that box

Thanks... What is the best training schedule to use... On the forum I mean. I've scoured the site but they all seem good.

Top right hand corner of their profile, on their attributes page.

i dunno how to get the training working becuase i download it then i put it ion the folder i am supposed to put it in (i forgot) but then how do i load it up in the game?

Go to the schedules tab of your training page, and import them there.

Then apply them to your players on the first tab of the training page.
