How do you get more fans and how to get a very rich chairman?

I'm managing a small club from Romania (Unirea Alba Iulia), I'm playing in Champions League but my league matches only attract a few thousand people. Any ideas on how to increase my fanbase? I currently have 2 trophies won.

And also how do you get a rich chairman? I had a previous save with CFR Cluj and made it into the top 100 richest clubs by winning money in the CL, buying regens with 500k that turn great but they always want to leave to a "bigger" club. My performances stagnated because of the lack of money and I need a super rich chairman for my Alba Iulia team.

Fans: Fans will come in with reputation and stadium size. The higher the rep, the more fans you'll get. Higher the stadium capacity, the more likely you're finances will benefit.

Chairperson: This would only happen if your current chairperson wishes to leave the club. As for who could get the job it's entirely random. You might get a poor chairperson or a rich one but be careful. Either way you could be fired if they don't see you as the right man for the job.

Chairman: Only if he is willing to sell.

I guess it has to be a top player or popular, for example Astra Ploiesti have a japanse player IRL but they don't get a lot of money from that.

you can get a new chairman on search staff, and search for chairman (6)
