How do you get the Germany team?

Obviously its always "grey players"... how do you change that? I think i remember something about deleting a file or something?

I wanted to start a career in Germany, but want the Germany team to be there...

Also...can anyone advise a decent team to be in Germany? Quite a small side, maybe one who have a couple of young players, and a decent budget so i can build for the future
