How do you get your face in the game as a Player ?

Guys I apologise in advance if this has been posted before but I couldn't find anything on it. Basically I have put myself into the game through the data editor, but I have no idea how to add a face to my player in the game ? Is this possible ? If it is what size does the picture have to be. Thanks guys
