how do you increase the crowd your team draws in? is it to do with reputation?

Will just take time, in my Dundee United save i dominated for 10 seasons and went from not in Europe to Winning the Champions League and my attendance maybe went up to around 22,000 from 14,000 in all that time, With my Tobermore team the stadium was standing only and when they played in europe we had an attendance of 1 due to rules
