How do you make B & C teams playable?

I'm making a new team but wondering how to make B and C teams playable ie like real madrid n castilla

Isn't Castilla a separate club from Madrid on FM10? :S

i think you can only do it for b teams but i might be wrong. you need to create them as a separate club and then go onto the first team and select current affiliations and select the "b" team you created and then select the type of link to b team. you might be able to do this for c teams aswell but i'm not sure.
