How do you make re-gens have English surnames?

Hi, I've edited the Faroe Islands into my own Nation based on my hometown of Southampton. I've edited all teams, cities and comps etc. I've moved the region to UK and changed the language in all cities to English, however the re-gens are all coming through with Faroe Island surnames. Any ideas to change this so they sound English? Thanks

When i had this problem I found that there were other regions in the Faroe islands with the language still set to the wrong nation. And double check the language of the nation itself
