Hi guys -
just wondering what do you do to make a long-term game interesting?
I played football manager since 05 but now finding it hard to play more than 1-2 seasons than start with a new team, I have tried everything .. starting from the lowest league to playing as a relegation candidate - I hate playing with top 4 teams but still getting boring now, at first fm13 was really tough so enjoyed but now seems quite easy, any ideas? never tried network game but thats it.. :)

Set some challenges on yourself. Some examples are only sign players from your youth system or players from the nation you're playing in. You could set an age limit on who you'll buy or anything similar.

If you can, a little bit of boredom can be got rid of if you take a break for a day or two, you come back full of energy and enthusiasm.

Simplest thing is to just try find a new club. Why start again on a new save when you can start again years in with new and more developed players? :)
