How do you put kits on a Macbook pro?

How do you put kits/logos/players faces on a Mac?

Download file> double click on the file, it will then give you a new folder >go to Sports Interactive folder>Create a Graphics folder> Create a Kits and Logos folder (both be different folders and keep logos and kits folder in Graphics folder)> place kits in the kits folder, place logos in logo folder.

im in a similar situation. I've put the kits into a graphics folder. how do i now extract them on a macbook pro?
