How do you stop other clubs from trying to sign your coaches all the time?

Man City keeps coming for my coaches all the time.. all i can do right now is to offer them new contracts every time those ******** from Man city come.. is there any other way to stop it? thanks..

When another club comes offer your coaches a deal and hope they accept ur deal. I normally have fiveish decent coaches for each role and if one leaves i can spend a nice long time looking for a replacement. Sorry

If they come after my best coaches, I'd give them that team a batman ***** slap and offer a new contract on my coach.

I find that if clubs bid for my coaches then I just offer them a new and improved contract, more often than not they will accept that and the deal from the other club falls through
