How do you Tone down Skills like Real life instead of being Overpowered in FM 22?

There are some teams seem be OverPowered than Real life.

Questions is how Do you tone Skills of Man utd like Real Life in Editor?

What do I look for?

You can always reduce players current ability? If you think they aren't as good in RL as they are in the game, and you want to change that, I would suggest that.
