He can be developed a lot if you put your time into playing & training him as he's -9 PA... he grows into a pretty good player still even under AI management considering he hardly gets a game in the first couple of seasons. And if you're also interested in another highly rated youngster from Arsenal Dan Crowley develops into an insane playmaker. This is probably Crowley's best SS around to prove how good he can actually get & he wasn't even developed by human management... the SS is not mine, its from a sortitiout another FM website but just to get it out there as people think he's to hard to develop!
