I think your system is safe and works well to keep harmony....+ I'd never sell a player for giving away a pen....unless his name is "jim traore"....arrrgggghhhh!!

Ok... now i seem really lenient...
I keep it pretty standard... Warning for first sending off, 1 week fine for 2nd, 2 weeks for 3rd...
Maybe i have to become harsher...
