How long before you 'have' to retire?

Just a quick question?

How many years until you have to retire as the manager, or you cannot continue as that specific manager? For example can you be in year 2200 with the same manager that you started with in 2009/2010 season?

you dont have to retire at all, when you reach 100 years old you just stay at 100
