I decided to manage Spain from the beginning. <)

Smart-*** posts aside, second season with England I think, never enjoy managing country for some reason..

Took england job in 2012 straight after capellos contract ran out. Dont think he ever tries to renew it.

I got the Norway job at the start of the fourth season. They were 58th in the rankings, and very ****.
9 months on, they are 52nd in the rankings and still very ****

Will they only hire manager of that nationality? Like if you put Italian then Italy would hire you?

My best got Wales Halfway through first season- Turned euro qualifiers right around ended up finishing second and beat england. Got them into world cup quarter finals then got them from rank 103 to 24.
Best i've done. My best overall player was Darcy Blake. Then in 2014 straight after world cup resigned to become England U21s and won World cup and Euros.
Cardiff manager for 3 years then managed to get Inter.

Spain at end of second season.

Barca manager at the time like :P

took me 11 seasons before taking over England, after starting at the lowest league possible, and rejecting offers from Switzerland, Brazil, Hungary, Hollland and Argentina. Wouldn't feel right managing another country
