How long does fm go on for?

How long does FM go on for? i personally have been to late 2020's and i saw someone mention 2030's.
Has anyone been further? If so how far?

As long as you want it to go on for. There is someone on the SI forums who, on FM08, carried on for over 100 seasons. It basically goes on until you get bored with it or FM10 gets released

Probably not on FM09 yet cos it hasn't been out for long enough. The guy on SI took a year to do it playing every single day for several hours.

on fm 08 i did 38 seasons with sheff utd its funny cos there in many players left that u reckonise and there coachs that the ones that u do reckonise.
