Just recently ditched fm10 for 11, and I decided to start with bolton as it is sort of a challenge. As you know Bolton is regarded as a hoofball team, and I chucked those tactics out and implemented an attacking, free flowing philoshophy. Will Bolton get used to the tactics, I have won my two pre season games, however the assitant keeps on saying I should go more direct

It really depends on each players adaptability stat. Not too sure whether it's a hidden stat though ?

What? oO)

Not any more, they're not. They're a **** sight more flowing than most in the Prem.

Anyway, ignore your assistant. Assman advice is usually fine to ignore.

Look at your team-talk feedback to see how cohesive your team are.
