Well it depends but winning matches and good morale help a lot also good team talks and praise. For me it takes a team about half a season to gel fully and to start getting great results

Shall i play them all in my reserve games for abit, and the first team of last year in the full team?

It depends. If the new players were signed as squad status Indispensable or First Team, they may not be too happy. Or you could play them and stick with it and wait for them to gel.

could take a couple of months to a year......... or they may never settle in at all...... it happens
