As I put in the title, do you visit/use blogs, or would you rather like to have the FM Stories opened again(which probably won't happen)?

I myself don't use the blogs. I would like to post a story there, but because rarely anyone visits the blogs(although I've seen many 'blogs' opened there with 0 comments), I'm afraid that it would be a complete fail.

I've had 313+ visitors to my blog/story since they launched. Blogs > forum, both in terms of organisation and just as a medium for stories in general.

That's nice, but what about comments and support for it? I agree that they are better, but for now...

I don't because it's annoying a ****.

Just open the ******* section.

I think they could be useful, but rarely anyone visits them at least.

I was going to do a blog on all the games I've seen with Rovers this year, however the blog system kept getting delayed so in the end I didn't bother. Will definitely think about doing one next season though!

You'll notice that the half decent stories have comments and subscribers. You'll also notice that the people who write terrible stories where they post short blog entries for each game they play tend to lack any comments.

I think the only problem with the blogs at the moment is that it's hard to find the good ones due to them being hidden behind all of the *****.

As Lee says, there's a lot of good, and a lot of bad blogs, needs to be an easier way of finding the good ones though.

One thing's for sure, it's a lot better not seeing ****** stories clog up the 'new post' feed!

To be fair I can't even find any good blogs, I should probably know this but is there any form of rating system? Would be good if members could rate blogs and then if their was a page that has the highest rated blogs on I wouldn't have to search through tons of ****.. Or something similar to that.

But in response to your question, I don't fully any blogs and I think I'd commit suicide if the stories section was re-opened, I guess you weren't here when was at it's "peak"[?]

Can't you click most popular etc. ?

I liked the story section lots and i sometimes visit the blog section and i like it because it is a sexy lay out but i miss the story section a little as people tended to get more comments etc, than on blogs .

EDIT: Andy, yeah i think you can rate the blog entries.

Rate the blogs you like and don't like and the highest rated will appear on the Best Blogs tab on the right hand side of the blogs section.

I didn't use the story section so no I don't read blogs. But it is a better system than the story section

I used to go to the blogs regularly when there where only a few and it was just open. Now it is cluttered full of **** and it is impossible to find the good blogs. It is basically a flashier story section.

I started one but only got about 40 views on each post and only a couple of comments so don't really think it's worth me doing it if I'm not getting any views.

That weren't a plug for my blog btw;)

No, I don't use blogs except for occasionally checking up on Chaz's blog/story. I would follow more if the blog subscription actually notified me when there were updates, but as it seemingly can't, I don't read much as it is too tedious looking through the ***** to see if decent ones have been updated.
